interesting.. seems to slow of a wave to be haarp, radio station waves, radar, cell.. unless that slow wave is modulated onto a faster carrier wave. But everything has a resonant freq for it's totality of parts ("phonon" usually sound level) and the freq of the individual parts. I have been suspecting cellular and 5G/Musk satellites would use this to harm humans, if they haven't been doing so for decades already.
