Division is created when a narrative does not allow for questioning, and censors legitimate study and legitimate statistics which are contrary to that narrative. It is controversial to deny a person the right to an opinion and to deny them employment for those views. It is also fraudulent to demand people fund a profitable medical enterprise with limited scope of testing on the premise that it is without harm, while denying the existence of high negative outcome. It goes both ways, brother.

It goes both ways, brother.

Not in the civilized world.

Live in a medieval world where those in power can make any claim they want, or live in a democracy where 300 years of scientific research is responsible for your health and wellbeing (and your socialist country, free healthcare, and the internet, your flights to Europe, etc, etc ....why do you need this explained to you? I genuinely don't understand how the anti-science movement has developed. It's insane.).

Science is defined as being systematic study, the questioning of the nature of things. It is anti-science for example to promote the sale of a vaccine based on limited supporting testing and evidence, more anti-science to deny study that demonstrates that it might be dangerous for some people. It is anti-science to falsely push the idea of a conspiracy being false when it is clearly true.
