Democrat New Mexico Gov. declares a “public health emergency" by executive order to suspend the 2cd amendment in the state she rules. We knew they would try this sooner or later. The lock downs got them drunk on power.

That someone in elected office would claim their oath wasn't absolute....which is the literal meaning of the word...they aren't to be trusted, certainly with power.

Summary:

“Today I issued a 30-day ban on the open & concealed carrying of guns in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County,” Grisham wrote. “Gun violence is killing between 2 and 3 children every month in NM – every single one of these deaths is unconscionable and they must stop.”

When pressed on why the civil order was required, instead of something like, say, better law enforcement, Grisham stressed all of the “value” that this order would give her (yes, her.)

“The value of the order is that it gives me three things,” Grisham said. (And yes, she really did say “gives me.” A Freudian slip, perhaps?)

After rattling off a word salad that would make Vice President Kamala Harris blush, Grisham made her most curious point of all: That the Constitution is, somehow, not absolute.

“If there’s an emergency — and I’ve declared an emergency for a temporary amount of time — I can invoke additional powers,” Grisham said, in her best attempt at a comic book supervillain monologue. “No constitutional right, in my view, including my oath, is intended to be absolute.”

As I have lived in foreign spots where ALL guns/firearms of any kind are forbidden my thought to this Governor would be "if the USA were invaded by a foreign power to take control of America is this what they would do?" and the obvious answer is o yes. Exactly what any enemy does.

yep it's obvious we are under attack from within, some would argue all countries are.

It seems the psychopaths of the world have banded together and decided they know whats best for humanity. They are going to save us all by force taking everything we own, making us eat bugs, banning and removing the key chemical all plants need for photosynthesis, and dimming out the sun by dumping metal particles in the air. .

If I didn't know any better I would suspect aliens want to kill humans off take over their planet, and terraform it to their non-carbon based needs. But americans are the largest most armed standing army on the planet and they know from the movies we love killing aliens and always win.

World history shows that 1st damn thing a tyrant needs is to take away the guns. Once this fool chick gets slammed down she will tout she tried to do something and the reply should be "Chairman Mao said the government must control all the guns so the government cannot be threatened with guns". The first damn thing tyrants demand is no guns. Every fucking time. State courts and SCOTUS have both already ruled that the Constitution and Bill of Rights of any/all parts cannot be "suspended" by ANY politician so I'm unsure what her game plan actually is. I am glad to read that City Chief Cop and County Chief Cop and the DA of that city have all 3 said they will not enforce this rule not put anyone on trial for it so seems to me she forgot to get agreement of enforcement first and did not. She has no one to enforce it.

And that is the thing. Because we know these people operate from a hive mind we know it's obviously part of some kind of game plan and not just done spontaneously without being given orders to do so. I've noticed similar tactics, but in hind sight, like where the outrage from something like this would serve the purpose of clogging the internet search results for something similar they want to do in the near future. Kind of like creating an information veil ahead of time. I know it sounds petty but they know the dinosaur news is dead and they are loosing the information war... Volunteer soldiers like me are digging the internet trenches to Hawaii's governor at 3am for no other reason than a love for truth, their hated enemy.
