Fire and Fury: The Story of the 2023 Maui Fire -- How can one write a book about an event still occurring? It says in the description the events from 8/8-11, yet was published on the 10th. Is the author psychic?

They often do this when there's a drill before a staged/planned event.

The El Paso Walmart shooting did the same in the local papers.

The Adam Lanza was reported dead locally the day before the alleged Sandy Hook event.

I've seen multiple similar examples.
