Both US Federal Government and 100% all levels of LE have proven time and time again, over and over and over that if they want you dead = you be dead. They will make sure of it no matter what.

400 canisters of highly flammable gas that easily render people unconscious, then a fire that kills everybody = they did it to themselves? I am skeptical.

I'm not going to write what I think about McVeigh but let's just say I think the guverment did a better job radicalizing him than the "Branch Davidians"...
