However, in others the immune system actually protects and feeds tumours.

After all, tumors are grown from your own flesh.

I don't have cancer, so for me, my immune system has protected me from all cancers... and protected me from pneumonia, COVID, ebola, avian flu, swine flu, TB, HIV.... So you speak for yourself, if your flesh produces tumors. But I thank God he wants us to be healthy and I'm not going to curse myself with statements like yours. God wants you to be healthy, too, so repent, and use your mouth to bless, not curse.
