The laziness in the workplace is rampant in local government, the NHS and related services. They are inundated with 'emotional support', 'wellbeing' and other woke policies that enable them to take unlimited time off for having a stressful headache. It's ridiculous. On top of this, equality and diversity training which prevents any harm to come from anyone with protected characteristics.

I literally watched as a Caribbean man was hired in a leadership role, having entered the country illegally, didn't pay formhis visa, had no qualifications, couldn't read well and turned up to the office in a red Nike tracksuit smelling of weed. This isn't the Brits, this is the EU Human Rights bullshit which we got stuck with prior to Brexit.
