Academia is so vast that you can find countering opinions among them. It's more so the media that will promote the CIA-backed studies and higher impact journals will also get more attention among the scientific community.

You think viruses aren't real for example. In order to prove a claim like that, you need to outline the hundreds of lines of evidence and debunk each one. There are millions of scientists world wide who work based on these lines of evidence. There are layers of evidence and logic that build on top of each other, which wouldn't work if there was a crack in the fundamental theory.

The deep state doesn't control millions of scientists around the world. Not to mention, numerous studies have been exposed as fraudulent by other scientists who consistently couldn't get the same results as the original studies. If viruses were fake, the entire field would have crumbled much earlier.
