well they want to include people that were covid positive but then became covid negative but are still dealing with symptoms, that sounds to me like long haul people. And they should be counted as something but yeah you can't lie and say they're covid positive if they're not, they already got counted before in numbers released weeks or months ago or whenever it was they were positive. So lying like this would be doubling those numbers.
