Well, the products of Bayer/Monsanto have caused a lot of health problems in the past, so I think It's important we keep a record of the cases in which people have been hurt because of them.

Monsanto was found guilty of chemical poisoning in this case in which Monsanto's weedkiller formula caused Paul Francois to develop lifelong neurological damage.

Monsanto has long been the teflon company to which nothing sticks....just like the tobacco companies once enjoyed legal invulnerability. This is a small step in the right direction, but given the depth and breadth of its shenanigans, a whole lot more needs be done to curtail the Big Nasty that is Monsanto.

Second case of litigious body sacrifice. Anyone that works with chemicals isnt stupid enough to work with them without Personal Protective Equipment. That guy inhaled the alachlor from an unwashed tank, it wasnt an accident
