It undermines a fundamental tenet of their religion— that the disparity of blacks and other POCs to whites is due to an invisible totally unobserved magical force call systemic racism or perhaps to some psychic burden of colonialism passed in unknown ways down through generations. The disparity of violence and theft and academic underachievement and the ability to keep their homes in proper repair or stay married to each other and raise their own children. If they acknowlege that all this is due to the genetics and the culture of POCs themselves then they lose the justification to invaded and loot the systems of white countries. If whites are to blame for blacks murdering each other than there is no reason to appropriate white wealth and redistribute it throught the bureacracy. This is all pushed by the people who control the bureaucracy as a justification to expand the bureaucracy. Those people hate whites too.
