Yup, in Florida and NY iirc. They had rooms all setup and rented in motels in poor areas (so no one would care or question the money), they were renting the room the hookers would take the test subjects to, along with the room next to it. They would install a two-way mirror right infront of the bed and make it look like a normal mirror, but watch from the other room (they cut a hole in the wall between rooms to install the mirrors).

I forget the name of the guy tasked with this specific part of the MK-Ultra project, but he was a sick fuck who was known taking pleasure in causing others pain. That’s why he was chosen for the task. MK-Ultra is such a large and wide-reaching project; we even experimented on Canadians in Canada who were seeking psychiatric help and compromised doctors would inject them with LSD without their consent. Towards the end to keep things even more low key, they started testing LSD on mental patients who had the least life connections/people caring about them who also happened to have it the hardest and were already suffering prior to being an unwitting test subject.

People have sued the US government for damages caused by project MK-Ultra directly (literally being experimented on without consent in hospitals or psych wards, there are many documentaries on the victims), many are still alive today and they won. It’s sad hearing them talk about what they went through and seeing the pain in their eyes.
