I thought the fatality rate was 5%, that'd be one in 20.

Yes, in some urban places the fatality rate is indeed 5%.

Ya, it's really high in retirement homes where governors send sick people.

I have read that 40% off all Covid-19 deaths were nursing home residents. Also, the fatality rate drops below 1% for those younger than 65 years old. It's below 1/10th of 1% by the age of 40.

And, in my area, the infection rate in my area is much, much higher in the Hispanic communities. There is a big advertising campaign in Spanish trying to explain simple hygiene.
