No. All the big terrorist organizations are funded, organized, and run by the elites. They aren't going to release a weapon that can be used against them. It would be impossible to control and keep from mutating and getting them sick. And that doesn't even take into consideration purposeful gene editing.

That is why the real weapon is the vaccine. It will make you vulnerable to an otherwise mild virus. They can tightly control who becomes vulnerable. Then a naturally spreading weak virus kills the undesirables while only inconveniencing the elites. The weak virus is blamed and anyone who says the vaccine caused it is called a kook.
