I'm sure the CIA is the biggest drug dealing group in the world. I think we should keep a record of all the times it has participated in such events or someone in the government has accused them of it.

It's the former DEA member Michael Levine talking about the CIA's role in the drug dealing. The very first drug cartels in Mexico for example, were supported by the CIA.
