Do you have any data to back up this claim? If anything, history shows that non-violent movements frighten the powers that shouldn't be. They used COINTELPRO against the anti-war movement, they broke up the Occupy movement, and they constantly infiltrate peaceful protests. Why would they need to do this?

I'm pretty sure Ghandi was the first to push non violent protesting and he was very much part of the establishment and a class supremacist.

Sure they infiltrate them, but when was the last time a non violent protest actual changed anything significant? Peaceful protests change nothing in a corrupt system that doesn't care.
