Well the CIA has been related to many assassination events so this is a very good background about what could have been used in such cases.

The CIA developed a heart attack gun decades ago, according to former member Mary Embree. When I think about it, I think people like Udo Ulfkotte were probably murdered in such a way.

I knew about this back in the 90s. My mentor told me about CIA guns that shoot ice bullets, I didn't know he referred to the JFK assassination at the time. The early JFK books talked about shellfish toxin at the time I didn't correlate them together.
