Because Christ was the messiah for all people and the Jews rejected him. Niether, Jew, nor Roman, nor Greek in Christ.

God accepts a living sacrafie unto Him. That is to live your life as a living sacrafice. The Jews want to build the third temple and reinstate burnt sacrafices. Christ was the final sacrafice.
