Well, a lot of the psyops we are exposed to depend on exploiting our emotions, I think some of you guys will enjoy this read about stoicism.

Stoicism is all about using logic and determination in order to be ready for everything. The stoics seeked to get rid of the passions in order to see things more clearly. What they called passions aren't what we call emotions but rather, the things they considered destructive impulses. I've tried a lot of philosophies but this is the one I like the most. It's very beautiful and has a lot of similarities with Buddhism.
