There has been some speculation about TPTB manipulating medical cases in order to gain as much money as possible so this is a good summary when it comes to cancer.

It says that basically cancer is just damaged cells and our body could keep it from even showing up by just keeping ourselves healthy. Could a lot of cancer cases be avoided if it weren't for the consumerism present in society? maybe a lot of the things we call "sickness" by itself could be a psyop of sorts?
