My main counter argument to this theory is that Bill's cancer had progressed so much that by the end that he was grabbing his sides in pain, like rubbing himself on stage. If that was real, then I don't see how Bill could still be with us. But there are still some eerie coincidences like having some of the same friends, the texas thing, etc. And would Bill really sell out just as his career was taking off?
