WikiSpooks could do much better on this front, but seeing as there are only a handful of contributors, I think its a miracle what they've managed to pull off.

Also, FYI, if you actually start looking at the citations Wikipedia uses, many of them are dead links or less than idea, not meeting their own "standards".
