We can't let the people know that "studies" courses are academic snake oil designed to pad tuition bills and deliver nothing.

Any scientist worth his lab coat scoffs at the idea of "women's studies" why would a nerd bother wasting their time studying something as illogical and boring as a woman when there are far more engaging topics to deal with like Star Trekology or Tolkien studies.
