Why am I not seeing ANYONE using the 6th Amendment right to a speedy trial?

Reports of torture quite real and isolation incarceration abound. Why do we not have the 6th Applied to these J6 accused in the news every damn day?

Yep, you can also ask all the prisoners in Guantanamo Bay and other black sites how they're enjoying their right to a fair and speedy trial.

I suggested it to the prosecutor once when I was defending myself pro se. He kind of laughed and said appeals courts had pretty much eviscerated that right, and that the hweels of justice turn slowly.
