I'm no Ukraine shill, but this article seems fishy. Couldn't find anything else that supports that, and the article itself has ZERO sources to anything. Where did it get that information about the "Ukrainian Ministry of Culture and Information Policy"? Only thing I found was censoring Tolstoy (https://www.naturalnews.com/2022-06-13-ukrainian-censorship-of-war-and-peace.html) but that is nothing like what THIS article says.

Well that's what I'm talking about.

Ran it through an online translation and it seems to check out, the basics at least. Tho it is talking about "seizure" not "destruction" and I haven't seen any mention of "convey evil". That's why I think the OP article is shit, it has no links and it has a pretty liberal translation/interpretation of the documents instead of just quoting words directly and let them speak for themselves.
