Well, that's fantastic. Too bad there are no houses for anyone. I guess that's another example of Trudeau's opinion that the numbers will balance themselves.

"Only" 1.8M Canadian dollars for a three bedroom apartment in Vancouver. A family home (not a castle) was 5M.

Why don't they just build a new city from scratch somewhere? It's not like Canada is full, is it (practically nobody lives there per average square km)? Or is there a mountain in the way or something like that?
