Not even surprised by this. China has repeatedly proven that it will advance itself by any means necessary, and stealing what someone else has put in the time, money, and effort to create is fast and cheaper than doing it for themselves.

What's really interesting is how quickly this story, just like anything else in the news that shows what an utter ball of shit China really is, will just fade from the public's notice.
