I don't doubt either side's willingness to engage in false flag strategies if they think it will increase domestic suppport. I'm open to the idea Russia would do that, but I really don't know too many of the facts about this bridge in Crimea, and the word of world leaders with skin in the game on either side of this isn't worth much to me.
