Not so much. The science has been done and the kinds of masks normal people wear don't help much.

What helps is that omicron isn't so deadly. Like all the other disease we get from coronaviruses it's a head cold for most people.

The masks are pure voodoo. Superstition for the simple minded.

All serious studies have shown that masks have almost no effect in reducing infections and many studies have shown they are unhealthy due to oxygen deprivation, micro plastics, and their psychological effect.
