Understandable. From what I have heard, that residential area is not exactly among the nicest in this country... In fact it is classified by the Swedish Police as a so called Vulnerable Area. Basically, even though Borlänge is a relatively small town, that particular area is classified as equal to many of the worst areas of larger cities in Sweden.
