I wouldn't take Subway's word for it. There were studies done that found their "chicken" was ~50% soy and they just denied it. https://draxe.com/health/subway-chicken-meat/

Whatever you say buddy. I'd be more concerned with the levels of PUFAs and glyphosate anyway.
