Loose change is good, but I actually recommend September 11: The New Pearl Harbor as the definitive 9/11 documentary. A word of warning, it's almost 5 hours long so you may want to watch it in several sittings.

It was created by Israeli Jews. Loose change was a limited hangout, that's why it is still on netflix. Watch anything from AEf911truth, the 9/11 documentary by Massimo Mazzuco.
