When you think about it, this might actually be good for Boeing. Paying workers more means attracting better quality candidates.

Weirdly enough, this concept would also apply to every single other company out there.

So paying more is actually an advantage over the other companies.

An advantage to those who aren't just looking at their next quarterly profits.

Long-term planning, basic reasoning and... *shudder*... basic respect for employees all seem to be incompatible with capitalism.
