Good discussion of this between Max and Aaron at Grayzone and Craig Mohkibar, ex-UN Office of Human Rights Commissioner whistleblower.

Seeing a lot of discussion on this in various places. Many are disappointed that the ICJ didn't call for a ceasefire but as b at Moon of Alabama explained, that's something they couldn't do - he says because Hamas was not a party to the case but others have said because Hamas is not a "state" and therefore ICJ has no jurisdiction over it. Good discussion of Max Blumenthal and Aaron Mate with former UN Office of Human Rights Commissioner whistleblower Craig Mokhiber about this. He explains why he thinks the decision is historic.
