Translated scenario/words from a native speaker:

Local town council on Transcarpathia region of Ukr.

He objected to/proposed not giving HUGE bonuses and monthly stipends to local mayor etc- 50% and 100% of pay it seems

He was blown off by other council members who then immediately moved onto exactly that subject, to be approved...

He left room, returned shortly with 3 frag grenades, shouted at council then tossed the frags onto floor.

They exploded, shrapnel was very unevenly dispersed. 26 injured including him, 3 seriously.

Secondary comment made was this type of grenade are notorious for being shit, failing mostly or not having as much force or even spray of shrapnel as normal frag grenades.

Shortest synopsis

Corruption was the preliminary reason for the grenade explosion in the village council of Transcarpathia

The 54-year -old subversive MP was arguing with colleagues about the budget : they were going to adopt a budget for 2024 without reporting for 2023

Immediately before the incident , he demanded not to give the head of the community a 50% bonus and a monthly bonus of 100% of the salary , but they did not listen to him

After that, he left the hall and returned with grenades.
