"Scientists". I don't have a medical degree, but even I am familiar with the concept of 'original antigenic sin'. These people are morons with no critical thinking skills, all they have done is memorize and regurgitate "facts" that they have taken at face value. How can one be an immunologist and be 'baffled' by this phenomenon, it has a wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Original_antigenic_sin

This will not be covered in the news until a billion people die of the same variant that only spares the pureblood, and then it will be a call to violence against the control group

I doubt covid infections will ever be all that serious again, although in case one is, we really need to figure out how to target and eliminate the memory B cells to stop the Hoskins effect (original antigenic sin) u/Hongkongphooey mentioned just in case it does.
