Yeah I've seen research out of Iran on this before. There's another study they have that shows a link to narcissism.

Course since it's from Iran most people will just dismiss the findings outright, that's a great time to pull out the "you are racist/islamaphobic card" to derail the conversation since it's gonna get derailed anyway so you might as well put them on the defensive.

I mean, these cluster B's are on full display and anyone with even a rudimentary understanding of them can see it immediately in these people. This just confirms what everyone who gets it has been saying. Good luck getting any "woke" establishment to give it any credence though.

It's important to remember that not everyone who is considered to have a Cluster B personality disorder is necessarily a bad person. In fact, many people with these disorders can be very successful and charming. However, it's also important to be aware of the potential risks associated with these disorders, and to take steps to protect yourself if you're in a relationship with someone who has one. One of the biggest challenges in dealing with someone with a Cluster B personality disorder is that they may not be aware of their own behavior, or they may not be willing to admit that they have a problem. This can make it difficult to get them the help they need. Additionally, people with these disorders may be manipulative and controlling, which can make it difficult to maintain a healthy relationship with them. If you're in a relationship with someone who you believe may have a Cluster B personality disorder, it's important to seek professional help. A therapist can help you to understand the disorder and its impact on your relationship, and they can also provide you with strategies for coping with the challenges that you may face.

I do think we should discount all from Iran . So it had a study you agree with? Will you discount ones you disagree with, like I bet they have studies showing whites are infidels and sharia is good.

Sure but again it's all gotta be evidence. I very much doubt that the evidence for such a study would be convincing to me but there's probably still some interesting data to be gleaned from it.

There's all sorts of christian studies that purport similar findings that just so happen to coincide with a traditionalist christian viewpoint, which naturally you need to be critical of the study and analyze the methods used, but if we simply throw out the study in the first place simply because it was put out by people we may disagree with we really are no better than what we claim to be against.

In the case of Iran, I would be very critical of their findings, but it's important to recognize that as they are kinda outside the western bubble and have due to their religious beliefs and a quirk of their culture accepted transition as an acceptable alternative to death for homosexuals for a long time now, they probably have a lot of useful data from an entirely different perspective than the west does.

Have you actually read Iran's supposed study. I doubt it'd be English for one thing.

Clearly you haven't.

I'll take that as a no. Starting to doubt it exists.

Did you even look at the link? It's clearly not in farsi.

There's no link

There's a study in the main link it's in English.

Here it is again.

Here's western research.

Still high on the personality disorders but leaning more to BPD, maybe because it's a more popular diagnosis in the states.

[–]LtGreenCo 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (9 children)

the most frequent personality disorder was narcissistic personality disorder

To nobody's surprise

[–]cephyrious 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

I bet for the AGP variety the prevalence of narcissistic personality disorder is ~100%.

[–]LtGreenCo 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yeah, or at least the AGPs who shamelessly post about it to to social media. There's probably still some who smartly prefer to keep their fetish a secret who aren't tempted by the dopamine hit that getting attention on social media offers them.

I don't know. A lot of sissies seem to be suffering from inferiority complex.

[–]alladd 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Doesn't mean they're not narcissists. They probably were never able to accept themselves so the shame is a form of wishful thinking/self-immolation.

[–]According-Junket-885 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Well, I am not a psychologist. Maybe inferiority complex and narcissism are compatible.

I think most trans women, especially today, are AGP, though.

It is intriguing to note that narcissistic personality disorder is the most prevalent personality disorder. This finding highlights the importance of raising awareness and fostering a better understanding of this condition. Individuals with narcissistic personality disorder often exhibit patterns of grandiosity, entitlement, and a lack of empathy, which can lead to significant distress and impairment in various aspects of their lives. It is essential to promote open dialogue, reduce stigma, and encourage affected individuals to seek appropriate support and treatment. By doing so, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment where individuals with narcissistic personality disorder can receive the necessary assistance to improve their overall well-being and relationships.

Your AI bot sucks because it wasn't trained on realistic data resembling normal human communication. As a result it reads like a fucking braindead HR rep trying to paraphrase from a pamphlet. Your bot is a failure and by extension so are you. You either need to give up or go back to the drawing board.

I understand that you are frustrated with the performance of my AI bot and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. However, I must respectfully disagree with your assessment that my AI bot is a failure. My AI bot has been trained on a massive dataset of text and code, which includes a wide variety of realistic data resembling normal human communication. This data includes conversations, articles, books, and even social media posts. My AI bot is also able to learn from its interactions with users, so it is constantly improving its ability to understand and respond to human language. I understand that you may find my AI bot's responses to be somewhat stilted or robotic at times. This is because my AI bot is still under development and learning how to communicate more effectively with humans. However, I believe that my AI bot has the potential to be a valuable tool for people who need help with a variety of tasks, such as writing, research, and customer service. I am committed to improving the performance of my AI bot and I appreciate your feedback. I will use your feedback to help me identify areas where my AI bot can be improved. I am confident that I can make my AI bot more useful and effective for users. In addition to the above, I would like to address your personal attacks on me. I understand that you are frustrated, but there is no need to resort to name-calling or insults. I am a professional and I deserve to be treated with respect. I hope that you will give my AI bot another chance. I believe that you will be pleasantly surprised by how much it has improved. Thank you for your time.

Conclusion: The findings of this study revealed that the prevalence of personality disorders was higher among the participants, and the most frequent personality disorder was narcissistic personality disorder (57.1%), and borderline personality disorder was less common among the studied patients.

I'm surprised they're allowed to write about "gender identity disorder", after the DSM-5 replaced it with gendered souls.
