Sex with children still illegal, for now

This decriminalizes thought-and-fantasies-only type chomos who don't rape children, which is to say you are free to be this kind of crazy and not be discriminated against. Likely it will lead to abuse of children, but Germany has a history of ... sub-optimal protection of children from sex contacts with adults.

It's important to note that this was apparently snuck in under the cover of several other things being voted on in a block, and that the names of those associated with the petition were omitted because of that block submission. The people who pushed it through also took the time to ensure that no specific association with pro-pedo ideology was included in the petition--which was why previous attempts were defeated--and instead intentionally presented what they wanted in a more generic and palatable "it's for the children" framework.

Its not even the worst pro pedo crap to come from Germany, they actually placed children with pedos because it would supposedly stop them becoming Nazis.
