No this does not break rule 1, read rule 1 again . What does this have to do with batman? We get 50 000 posts that have nothing to do with batman including dante, teletubbies, megamind but none of those gets a single complaint but this one does?

Oh I dunno, maybe because Dante / Teletubbies / Megamind memes and shills don't overrun every single non-relevant space that ever existed to make it about them.
