Not quite, I believe in that case it was multiple counts of sexual assault and sexual assault by penetration, but none of rape. Rape in England & Wales is strictly defined as penetration with an actual penis. I doubt whether a transman with a phalloplasty would be charged with rape as their defence would almost certainly argue it’s not a penis, and so the charge would be sexual assault by penetration.

The people are so entrenched in the ideology, they'd push for a rape charge to validate their chosen gender.
