Early life and education

Chemerinsky was born in 1953 in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in a working-class Jewish family in the South Side of Chicago

Imagine that.

How to admit to breaking the law and demonstrate how shit you are at being a lawyer in one short lecture.

We know evil is banal, but apparently it’s also retarded.

Sweet shit, don't law schools include a fucking ethics course in their curriculum? Because this bastard definitely needs a refresher on the subject.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets disbarred. Admitting to an ethics violation that big and doing it on video it would be a tricky argument to make that the state bar association could allow that to go unpunished, even if they’re the kind to support what he did because the optics are so bad.

This shouldn't surprise anyone. Admissions departments at UC campuses have been investigated for continuing secretly to practice race-based affirmative action after Prop 209 banned it. They would use indications of an applicant's race to help certain applications even though it was against official policy. Can you imagine true believers in wokeness doing anything different? Would you trust them at all NOT to practice secret race-based affirmative action?
