...I mean, depending on how the necrophiliacs get their corpses, it isn't particularly wrong.

Think about it. The person is dead and is no longer a going concern (not even counting "what if the person agreed while living to let the necrophiliac have their corpse to fuck"?) A corpse was once a human, but now it is just an object. Whether you believe in an afterlife (where the soul is no longer in the body, so the corpse is just the emptied jar the soul was once in) or do not (when the corpse is just an object), the necrophiliac is doing nothing different than using some other sex toy. The only problem with it is what people who knew the corpse think and their shame/disgust by it, which isn't worth actually making crimes against.

It's creepy as fuck and if you're a necrophile, you should go over there now, yes, but ultimately there really shouldn't be any inherent reason it's banned per se.
