Gotta say, I'm a furry (or was) and it's not something kids should be involved in. It would be ok if people could keep the clean and fetishy stuff separate, but they don't. It's also become heavily intertwined with gender ideology.

Adults can do whatever they like as long as they don’t expect me to engage with, endorse or affirm their choices that I disagree with and they don’t try to non-consensually involve me it it. So if you’re into gimp suits and strap-ons, fill your boots, but if you do it on the street in front of me we are going to have a problem.

The problem seems to be that some adults, for some reason really, really want to include children in their shit. There’s a court case at the moment about a school in Wales, I think, staging a mandatory Pride Parade for ages 3-11, where the kids had to wave rainbow flags, sing gay anthems and “celebrate diversity”. Over 180 children (out of probably 250) called in sick that day and found that they were penalised when they returned to school.

Why did that school think that having a pride parade was acceptable? It baffles me as a teacher as to what they were actually expecting the children to learn…it’s bizarre.
