TL;DR: He had to resort to a pooppocket because titty skittles at a young age left his undeveloped male genitals insufficient for turning into a pseudo-pussy. But someone made a critical fail on their Doctor skill check and contamination occurred, which they couldn't get in check before death.

All those opportunities to say No, before he was wheeled into the operating theatre, and no one did. Tragic, victim of a thoroughly insane ideology and the craven establishment that refuses to stand up to it.

It's just upsetting that the system that's meant to look out for them and protect them (do no harm) is doing the opposite.

Was this person even aware of the risks or were they lied to about it? How many lies have they been told that this is the thing that'll make them feel like their true self? He had his whole life ahead of him at that age. Now there's nothing.

It feels cruel and spiteful in a way that no one actually gave him the real help he needed and instead just turned him into a corpse.
