Okay, ignoring the main point of the article...

"In Virginia, Gender Queer and A Court of Mist and Fury—the sequel in a fantasy romance series by Sarah J. Maas—were challenged by lawyer and Virginia GOP State Delegate Tim Anderson on behalf of former congressional candidate Tommy Altman. The two Republicans asked the court to declare the books obscene and unfit for children, and prevent some private booksellers from selling the book to minors without first getting parental consent."

A Court of Mist and Fury, admittedly, is chock full of gratuitous sex scenes. To the point where you kind of want to skip over them to get back to the meat of the story. But the two characters involved are a straight married couple. Isn't male-female sex in the bounds of marriage exactly what American conservatives say is the only acceptable kind of sex? So what's the issue??

Pretty sure you just provided the reason why there's objections to this one.

Just because it's the only acceptable form of sex doesn't mean we should show it to kids. What's with the obsession homosexuals and liberals (of which I am almost certain you are both) have with indoctrinating kids into their death cult through sexual misconduct?

I'm a childfree centrist in a heterosexual marriage, so that's a complete failure for you. Perhaps try to use your brain rather than your biases?
