Because the biggest enemies who are doing everything they can to destroy Christianity are the same ones who most staunchly proclaim LGBTQIAFPABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP+. Christians weren't hateful before all this madness made them go mad. Now they are willing to do whatever it takes to exterminate the threat, and if in the process they attack innocent people because of guilt by association, so be it. Otherwise they wouldn't feel the need to produce fake translations of the Bible as an excuse to persecute certain people.

Nah, the christians have been whipped into a frenzied bloodlust by people making money by gather an audience claiming "war on christmas" and all sorts of shit like that. The only think that might destroy christianity is if people read their bibles. Us atheists really don't give a shit what religion people are.
