Thirteen year old boys can have sex with a man up to 23 years in age in California now. There's a 10 year gap in age starting at age 13.

That's fake news, FYI. If I recall correctly this myth started when they reduced the punishment for oral and anal statutory rape to the same as for vaginal. It's still illegal.
