It's clearly an oxymoron. Since cannibalism isn't ethical. It probably means something like "the human in question consented to the having part of them removed and eaten".

On an interesting note cannibalism itself is technically legal in many jurisdictions provided no other crime has occurred such as homicide. There's little reason to ban the practice specifically.

I'd still say anyone participating in cannibalism should be shunned regardless of legality. Crime against nature is fairly apt in these sorts of cases.

Why is it unethical?

Not that I want the practice to occur, I’m struggling to think of a reason why it would be unethical to eat lab-grown human flesh.

I realize it's a tautology but I'll stand by it.

It's unethical because it's fucked up. Lab grown meat isn't the same but it's still fucked up. It's like child sex dolls. Yes they exist. Yes they don't hurt actual children. Yes it's still fucked up and should be illegal.
