They talk, and talk, and talk about anti-trust legislation and breaking up all these big companies — but they'll never do it. Why? Because they're on the payroll of these companies!
Same with the Republicans, but they have more to loose from letting big tech run rampant.

Who's gonna make that call, though? Even if his mind is going I think it's more likely that he acts as a placeholder for 2 years until he can resign without this counting as a term for Harris under the 22nd.

The VP and the cabinet, presumably. Though Congress has already established a commission to do it (which doesn't matter if the cabinet agrees).
Ah, yeah, I forgot about that. That's probably the plan then, wait two years, let her be president for 2, and run her for re-election twice.
