"Too much" is subjective. "Trashy" is subjective. 45 comments under this post (as of this comment) shows that HKP is bringing engagement to this website. Isn't the purpose of Saidit to allow people to exchange ideas and information? Don't like it? Block to avoid seeing it. Want others to have other viewing options? Post more content you think Saidit needs to fit the culture you think it should have.

Two different things. Bringing engagement from the users already here is not the same as bringing in new people. If engagement stops, the site dies. I admit that I try harder to find stuff to post when things get slow or monotonous here.
